Self-Exclusion
Self-exclusion is a longer, harder block. You can request self-exclusion from your account settings or by contacting support, choosing a period of 6 months, 1 year, or longer where offered. Once active, the account cannot be reopened early, even at your own request, and reinstatement after the period involves a review step rather than an instant unlock.
